Abernethy Park Owners Association Annual Dues

 

Annual HOA dues for the Abernethy Park Owners Association have been set at $240.00 due by the last day of March.

Each lot is assessed individually. If you own multiple lots, please ensure your payment reflects the correct total.

 

Owner identification is pulled from the Catawba County GIS. Please contact abernethypark@gmail.com with any changes that have been made to your contact information.

PayHOA is a new software program implemented on January 1, 2026. It provides easy access to Annual Dues notices, secure payments, and better communication. All owners are encouraged to sign up as soon as invitations are received. PayHOA accepts credit cards and currently charges a convenience fee of 3.5% + $0.50
